Every December, Lagos comes alive after dark. Rhythm Rise was created to give the sunrise its own moment. Inspired by the energy of Detty December and the growing desire for shared wellness experiences, Rhythm Rise brings people together to celebrate the day through movement, music, and connection in a way that is distinctly African and unmistakably Lagos.
